Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

All orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Note: During high-volume periods, such as "Buy In" events or holiday sales, processing may take an additional 2–3 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following options:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS.

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days via USPS or UPS

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $60

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to international customers in the future.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Right As Reign Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

Right As Reign Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. "Buy In" Event Shipping & Timelines

Please note that items purchased during a "Buy In" Event follow a different fulfillment timeline than our standard "Ready to Ship" (RTS) inventory.

• Order Window: Buy In events are open for a limited time. Processing begins only after the event window has closed.

• Estimated Lead Time: Due to the nature of these events, please allow 3-6 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

• Combined Shipping: If your order contains both RTS items and Buy In items, the entire order will ship together once the Buy In items are ready. If you need your RTS items sooner, please place two separate orders.

• Updates: We will provide milestone updates via our official social media channels regarding the status of your Buy In shipment.
