1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging (seals must be intact for glitter and craft supplies).
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:
• Custom-made or personalized glitter mixes.
• Sale items or "Buy In" event items (these are final sale).
• Gift cards.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or store credit within 5–10 business days.
• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at rarglitter@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
5. Shipping Costs
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
